Terms of Service
OLOD INC · Last updated October 8, 2026
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use intanet, and 18 to enter Night Club. You must give accurate details; payouts go only to accounts matching your verified name.
Your content
You own what you post. You give OLOD INC a licence to host and show it on intanet. Reposts and quotes always credit the original creator. Don't post content you don't have rights to, illegal content, harassment or explicit material outside Night Club rules. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Wallet and fees
Balance can be spent in the app and withdrawn under the published limits. intanet keeps the fees shown in the app (for example 10% of creator earnings, 20% of meme super likes, 5% VAT on withdrawals, 5% per event ticket).
Status colours and purchases
Status colours are one-time payments for a fixed period (one month or one year). They do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel; the colour simply ends at the date shown. Digital purchases are final unless required otherwise by law.
Games and prizes
Arcade games are free practice. Host-funded skill rooms are not gambling: players never stake their balance; hosts fund prizes and pay a disclosed 10% fee, refunded if the room is cancelled before start. Cash prizes run only where legally approved.
Copyright
See our Copyright & DMCA policy.
Disclaimers
intanet is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, OLOD INC is not liable for indirect losses or for dealings between members, including Marketplace and Night Club trades.
Ending your account
You can leave at any time through Support. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
